Meet Faye – The Heart Behind Littleladytravel

Hi, I’m Faye, the face behind Littleladytravel.

I’m a mum of four, a very proud Nana to two boys, and I’ve always been the one in the family who plans the holidays, researches the hotels and makes sure every little detail is taken care of.

Travel has always been a huge passion of mine, so turning that passion into Littleladytravel felt like the perfect next step.

As an Independent Travel Advisor affiliated with InteleTravel UK, I now help my clients plan holidays that are personal to them, from relaxing beach escapes and city breaks to family adventures, luxury travel and cruises.

I love taking the stress out of planning and helping with everything from flights and hotels to transfers, excursions and those little extras that make a holiday feel special.

Cruising has also become a real passion of mine, and I’ve continued to invest in specialist training, including my CLIA cruise training and training with a wide range of cruise lines and travel suppliers.

I started Littleladytravel because I love travel and wanted to build something of my own around it. ✈️ InteleTravel gives people the chance to become an Independent Travel Advisor and run their own travel business from home. You’ll have access to the same systems, training and support that thousands of InteleTravel advisors use every day.

As an Independent Travel Advisor you can book holidays for yourself, friends, family or clients, with training and booking tools provided by InteleTravel.

2️⃣ Share the Business

You can also choose to introduce others who are interested in becoming travel advisors, in line with InteleTravel’s terms and policies.

You’ll become an Independent Travel Advisor, affiliated with InteleTravel UK and supported by their training and booking tools. That means you can book holidays for yourself, friends or clients, all from home, around your lifestyle. ✈️

Pretty much anything! 🌍 From beach holidays, city breaks, cruises, luxury escapes, and family getaways, to theme parks, adventure trips, and tailor-made tours. You’ll have access to major suppliers and travel brands, the same ones used by big-name agencies.

Absolutely! 💕 You don’t have to join the team to travel through me. I’m an Independent Travel Advisor affiliated with InteleTravel, so you can message me anytime for a personal quote or holiday plan – no pressure, no obligation.

Not at all! Full training is provided, and you'll have access to a huge online support network, live sessions, and step-by-step guidance. You'll never be on your own – I'll personally help you get started, and you'll learn everything you need as you go. 💕

Not at all. Some advisors love sharing travel online, but plenty just book for family and friends or build through word of mouth. Training will show you how to get started, whether you're confident on social media or prefer to work quietly behind the scenes. 🌸

Nope! There are no targets or quotas – you work completely at your own pace. Whether you book one holiday a month or ten, it's entirely up to you.

There's a one-off setup cost of £156 to register your business and unlock your training platform, plus a monthly support fee of £46 which covers your booking tools, supplier access, and ongoing training. You will have everything you need to start booking straight away with no hidden extras. ✨

No worries at all – there's no long-term contract or pressure. If you ever decide to step away, you can simply cancel your membership.

Information & Consumer Protection

Payment safety

For your security, I will never ask you to send holiday payments to my personal bank account, PayPal or any other personal account. Payments for travel are made directly to the travel supplier or through the approved InteleTravel booking process.

Consumer protection

Package holidays have financial protection, but the exact protection depends on the type of booking and the organiser or supplier.

ATOL – Air Travel Organisers’ Licence

Flight-inclusive holidays sold through Littleladytravel are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. If you do receive an ATOL Certificate but all the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected.

Some flights are also financially protected by the ATOL scheme, but ATOL protection does not apply to all flights. I will tell you what protection applies to each flight before you make your booking. If you do not receive an ATOL Certificate then the booking will not be ATOL protected. Please see the InteleTravel Package Holiday Terms and Conditions below for information, or for more information about financial protection and the ATOL Certificate go to www.caa.co.uk.

If you have a problem during your trip, please report it immediately to the relevant supplier or their local representative. Littleladytravel will assist where appropriate.

Littleladytravel privacy notice

What I collect. When you send an enquiry, contact me or leave a review, I collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, travel preferences and any information you choose to share, for example travel dates, who is travelling and accessibility needs.

Why I use it. To respond to your enquiry, plan and arrange your holiday, and keep in touch about your booking.

Who it may be shared with. Only where needed to arrange your booking, such as travel suppliers and InteleTravel, or where the law requires it. I do not sell your data.

How long I keep it. For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or booking and to meet legal, accounting and supplier requirements.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Contact me at faye@littleladytravel.co.uk.
